Frozen yuca ready to prepare at home. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, it makes an excellent appetizer or side dish for seafood and meats.
Quick Preparation: Fry directly from frozen in oil heated to 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil, drain well, season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
