Frozen green plantain tostones ready to prepare at home. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they make an excellent appetizer or side dish for seafood, meats, and many other meals.
Quick Preparation: Fry directly from frozen in oil heated to 350°F (175°C) for approximately 3–5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil, drain well, season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
